Caregiver Support Helpline is a free, confidential and personalized listening, information and referral service for caregivers, stakeholders, health care professionals and employers.
Contact Caregiver Support Helpline for your practice
You are a health care professional, stakeholder or employer and you interact with caregivers in the course of your practice.
You can contact Caregiver Support Helpline across Quebec to obtain information and referrals that will be useful to you in supporting the caregivers you meet in your practice or in your workplace: by e-mail or at 1 855 852-7784 every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A multidisciplinary team :
- Supervised by in-house practitioners with specific knowledge of the clienteles they serve.
- Multidisciplinary: gerontology, social work, psychology, criminology, sexology, psychoeducation, etc.
- Clinically supported, ongoing training program ensuring quality interventions.
Since its implementation in 2012, Caregiver Support Helpline has carried out over 140,000 interventions.
