This organization is formerly known as the Grand Rassemblement des Aînés de Vaudreuil et Soulanges (GRAVES). Carrefour Bienveillance 50+ is a non-profit organization that contributes to breaking isolation and developing and maintaining the power of seniors aged 50 and over, by intervening in their living environment through INFORMATION services , SUPPORT and SUPPORT. By becoming a key player and focusing on prevention, the Carrefour Bienveillance 50+ aims to ensure that seniors (50 years and over) in the MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges are better informed and equipped and autonomous to experience active and happy aging within their community. The organization's clientele is people aged 50 and over and caregivers of people aged 65 and over. Among the territories served, we find the MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
