The Matane Relais Santé Community Center for Seniors is a living environment that helps break the isolation of seniors and their caregivers by offering services that meet their needs and by establishing a support and mutual aid network that promotes personal development. Its mission is to promote the home care of aging adults or those experiencing loss of autonomy by offering adapted services for the maintenance and development of functional and social skills. The mission of Relais Santé is also to promote the involvement of seniors in the community, to value them and to allow them to share their wisdom and knowledge. We thus contribute to maintaining and increasing their self-esteem, which improves their quality of life. A Community Work Initiatives service for seniors in vulnerable situations (ITMAV) is offered in this organization.
