The Centre d'assistance et d'accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP) Montérégie informs users and senior residents of their rights and how the complaints system works, supports them if they wish to file a complaint, informs them and assists residence tenants for seniors on the lease and their rights. Openness, honesty, commitment and collaboration are part of our values. The clientele served concerns users of the health and social services network and seniors residing in private seniors' residences (RPA). Among the territories served, we find the Montérégie.
