L'Arc-en-Ciel
L'Arc-En-Ciel is an organization that offers services in different areas to the entire population of Portneuf County. The primary mission of L’Arc-en-Ciel is to support people in their growth and recovery process by providing services adapted to their needs. This process takes place in the community or at one of our three service points. The organization's clientele is people with diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health problems and their loved ones. Among the territories served, we find the MRC of Portneuf.
