L'Équipe d'accompagnement Au Diapason

The Au Diapason Support Team offers free support services to people with serious illnesses, people at the end of life and their loved ones, as well as to bereaved people in the Haute-Yamaska and Brome-Missisquoi territories. We offer our services at La Maison Au Diapason as well as to people admitted and in treatment at the Granby Hospital and Brome Missisquoi Perkins Hospital. Clientele: people with serious illnesses, people at the end of life and their loved ones as well as bereaved people. Territory: MRC de Haute-Yamaska and MRC de Brome-Missisquoi.
