The mission of Jeffery Hale Community Partners (Wellness Centre Manager) is to promote personal and community well-being among English speakers in the Quebec City region by offering a range of programs and activities tailored to the health and social service needs of the English-speaking community. Our goal is to provide you with quality services and to continue to develop programs and activities tailored to meet the health and social service needs of the English-speaking community.
