The Alzheimer Society Haut-Richelieu offers support, assistance, accompaniment and stimulation services to people with Alzheimer's disease or other neurocognitive disorders, as well as their caregivers. Clientele: People with Alzheimer's disease or a related disease as well as their families and entourage. Territory: MRC de Rouville (except Saint-Paul-d'Abbotsford and Ange-Gardien), MRC la Vallée-du-Richelieu (just Chambly and Carignan), MRC du Haut-Richelieu (except Sainte-Brigide-d'Iberville) and MRC de Jardins-de-Napierville.
