In Québec, the focus is on risk prevention and the development of tools to raise awareness of the problems experienced by people affected and those around them.
Connexion TCC.QC defines itself as a privileged interlocutor in terms of needs and services offered to associations that support people who have suffered a traumatic brain injury and those close to them. It is composed of 15 member organizations located in 16 regions.
The non-profit organization is also involved in raising public awareness in order to shed light on the hidden nature of this disability.
Our Caregiver Support Helpline is there for all caregivers, throughout Québec. Whether you are looking for a counselling, information or referrals, our counselors are available every day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This service is free and confidential.

Québec Brain Injury Week is held every year from October 15 to 21, with different themes. For example, in 2022, the theme of physical falls was selected, as they are the leading cause of brain injury in Québec.
